EyeSite OD is an independent, patient-first optometry practice in Lanham, MD. We’re looking for an Associate Optometrist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional primary eye care to our community — whether you’re newly licensed or bring years of experience.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- 01 Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited school of optometry
- 02 Active Maryland optometry license, or license-eligible with the ability to obtain licensure before start date
- 03 Comfort with primary eye care and ocular disease management, including diagnosis, treatment, and co-management with ophthalmology when needed
- 04 Contact lens fitting experience, including specialty and scleral lenses, is a plus but not required
- 05 Strong communication and bedside manner — able to build trust and rapport quickly with a diverse patient base
- 06 Team-oriented mindset, comfortable working closely with a small, tight-knit practice team
- 07 Reliable and detail-oriented with accurate clinical documentation and charting habits
